Handmade woolen Scapular with the Image of our Lady of Mount Carmel. Each one is unique piece as it is sewn by hand by Carmelite sisters in Spain. We personalize it with a Sterling silver stamped blank -8mm in diameter- that we add in our studio in Madrid.
Each Scapular measure 4cm in hight x 3cm in width.
They are made from recycled fabric for the Sister's robes and it is a way for them to make a little income too. The Images is hand-sewn by the Sisters. They also add the brown cord, which is our new version to make it more durable.
Wearing a Scapular is among the most popular devotional traditions in the Catholic faith and Our Lady promised protection to those who wear it.
It is comfortable and perfect to wear every day and as a gift for special occasions such as Christmas, Three Kings Day, Mother's Day, for mothers, grandmothers, for your godmother, a Confirmation, anniversary, birthday or any Catholic celebration. Also a great favor gift.
HAND STAMPING
We can stamp one or two initials in your Scapular. Kindly let us have the details at the end of the purchase process in a note. There is no extra charge for this service.
WRAPPING
You will receive it with our handmade flannel pouch, which is made in Mexico, a card and our eco-friendly gift bag or box.
